NLP Theory or Model ?

A theory seeks to explain the functioning of a person or system. A model describes the behavior precisely enough so that it can be reproduced.

What interests NLP is the how it happens, and the how do we want it to happen. To be complete and applicable in numerous fields, this model describes behaviors observable with the naked eye, but also the mental process that precedes and explains those behaviors.

The study of the structure and the subjective experience, NLP is a very powerful tool able to decrypt our internal and external functioning to develop our capacity to reproduce excellence, to succeed, to reach our potential.

THE OBJECT OF NLP IS THE HOW
AND NOT WHY

THE NLP

NEURO

The brain can be described as a biological computer. When you are awake, your conscious mind takes in information through your five senses VAKOG Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, olfactory , gustatory (the things you see, hear, taste, feel, and smell) and transfers it to the subconscious mind to process and store. Just as you put information into a computer via the keyboard, when saved it is processed and stored on the hard drive.

LINGUISTIC

Linguistic refers to our language ability; how we put together words and phrases to express ourselves, as well as how our "silent language" of movement and gestures reveals our states, thinking styles and more. Language is the manifestation of our thought process, describing how we structure and create our reality according to our mental representations .

PROGRAMMING

A descriptive metaphor taken from computer science, that refers to the way the content or signal is converted into information. The brain may direct the signal; sequence it, change it based on our prior experience, or connect it to some other experience we have stored in our brain to convert it into thinking patterns and behaviors...

Once the information is provided; it then passes through the neurological circuits of the nervous system and brain, imprinting internal and external behavioral programs, implicating the whole person, who’s functioning, is directed by the nervous system. Our experiences and feelings affect and impact the way we react to the external stimuli that our life provides us.
