INDUSED TRANSE

Everyone has experienced light levels of hypnosis at different times; don't be surprised if you don't feel hypnotized. Now as I mentioned before, during hypnosis, you will remain conscious of your surroundings...

You have the choice of being able to just drift along, listening and not listening…as you wish In a moment I'm going to ask you to imagine certain things... but it doesn't matter if you find you can't imagine all the things I'm asking you to. You might even find your mind wandering quite a bit, so that my voice just fades into the background, but that doesn't matter either. The sound of my voice is going to continue to relax you and it really doesn't matter if you don't hear a word I say, because very soon now… you are going to become even more relaxed.

TRANSE STATE

Under hypnoses, a state of
   physical relaxation and intensified
      mental concentration permits the
         exploration of internal resources.

This state of modified consciousness provides a different viewpoint, which favors the access of resources and a revision of unconscious programming, enabling the brain to establish new associations with a direct impact upon our thoughts and consequently our behaviors.

A state of trance may be induced and accessed upon demand, offering you at your disposition a reservoir of unlimited potential to stimulate, reinforce, maximize and utilize existent resources, increase abilities, surpasses a difficulty or attain an objective.

In essence, hypnosis is a means of communication between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind...

What Happens ?

Some of the sensations you may experience are :

  • Tingling in your fingertips or limbs
  • A sense of numbness or limb distortion
  • A sense of being light and floating away from your body
  • A heavy feeling like you are sinking
  • A sense of energy moving through your body
  • Feelings of emotions
  • Fluttering eyelids
  • An increase or decrease in salivation

The effects of hypnosis are cumulative: The more the techniques are practiced and posthypnotic suggestions are brought into play, the more permanent the results become. The client participates actively in the trance and this form of hypnoses utilises metaphors to connect the person with his own resources to find new solutions and create new strategies.
